I will send you a detailed questionnaire by your preferred method of correspondence. This is only a guide. This is your journey and I am walking along side you as support. Consider what you want to convey and its tone. Gather information from others or even from notes from the one that you lost.

Depending on your package, we can set up time for voice or video calls. This is an option, but not mandatory. We can add multiple people to the call. More is not necessarily better if emotions are running high and patience low, as it does in times of loss. Have basic information available such as important dates and spellings of names. During our discussion I will ask some additional questions to curate valuable pieces of information for composing the life story. 

Once I have a sense of  what you want and who we are remembering, I will start to draft . will try to have them to you within 48 hours. If due to scheduling that is not possible, I will tell you that up-front. If feasible, for an extra fee, I can do a 24 hour turn-around. I will use whatever tools I can - including my gifts of creativity, compassion, and wordsmithing, as well as ideas I have read in other places including books, published obituaries, and AI.

I will do my best to have the piece error free and in lines with what you requested. Depending on your package there will be one or more opportunities to edit. As I am not perfect, but conscientious, it is important to scour over the piece to make sure it is  free from mistakes. After this process, you will have it in a format or you to continue to edit should you so choose.
